I've seen settlements like this before...and only a few tend to benefit.

Shareholders are left holding the bag 99.9% of the time.

Don't be surprised if this doesn't go anywhere....and there is a Reverse Split down the road.

If I remember,

correctly Scambuy is funded by a "VC" and the funds running short, IMO they need to settle in order to continue ~~~
