Hit - NVC is still in "survival" mode. This loan is a plug in the dike; strictly defensive, and at a very high interest rate at that. Anyone excited by this flavor of "news" deserves what they're getting from this investment - and it ain't pretty.

However, given what others on this board have said this week about pending news, I expect next week will be different; next week we'll all be going to the bank with good old Ray-Ray, the man who has always put his responsibilities to deliver for his shareholders above his own selfish best interest, right?

My "keen perception" tells me that 15% is a heck of a lot to pay for a loan. Last time you talked to someone about a loan they got was it anywhere near 15%? You dont need any perception to realize that 15% is not a positive. Time after time NVC gives huge incite to the real health of the company and time after time those "facts" are ignored by the wild eyed optimists.
