zz, it's tough to know just what "kind" of loan this is, although when one needs money badly enough to pay 15% interest, I'm sure the loanee would call it a good loan, i.e., better than none at all. Other than that, there is no basis of which I'm aware to be able to characterize it further. Perhaps you could enlighten me, since you seem to have spotted something to discern its nature which escapes me for the moment.
