Such a small position of ARQ almost not worth it - oh well I can always buy it at $3.50 tomorrow once it takes off right ;-)

Didn't add to NGX - its position is close to a WoT too.. oh well.

The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the company that pursuant to a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid dated Sept. 17, 2004, it may repurchase for cancellation, up to one million shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange during the period Oct. 1, 2004, to Sept. 30, 2005. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Union Securities Ltd. on behalf of the company.
