CPT: Capital Alliance to buy back one million shares

So I guess when they are done, us two are going to be the only holders? or do they have like Gagillions outstanding?

2004-09-30 16:10 ET - Normal Course Issuer Bid

The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the company that pursuant to a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid dated Sept. 17, 2004, it may repurchase for cancellation, up to one million shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange during the period Oct. 1, 2004, to Sept. 30, 2005. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Union Securities Ltd. on behalf of the company.
