Funny you mentioned all the debt in one new one. I was thinking the same thing just now as well.

Can any one remember, the now 260,000,000 shares owed Mrs. Josloff,(Which she has NOT got yet,) listed in the 8K from Oct 2008. Is that the money that was paid to all the investors from the 8K of May 2007?

There so much DD I went thru back in Jan-March this year. Sorry it's hard to rmember everything I read.

"IF" that is the case that the new Josloff debt encompassess all the old debt. That be really cool.
