MJ - I think you are right but being that I think it gives some credability to the short theory as far as shares being issued but not recorded. The fact that they went to this extreme means they feel liable. Interesting senario.
Agreed. The company did not plan on this but at least it is out there. Now it is up to the COMPANY to explain the false PR and fake investors- NOT the pumpers here. Be nice to see them handle this but I really doubt they will due to legal matters they will likely stay quiet. Seems like Pillay is about the only reliable source now days, too bad it takes a court to get something verifiable.
