I don't agree with your assumptions. IMHO I think only a PR will make this run and it will have to be a good one. BTW I am not looking for an entry level I am looking for a trend reversal. I don't see the accumulation you speculate about. I disagree with your assessment of shareholder sentiment and think you are completely wrong about the psychological factors associated with the run to .21. I don't think this will ever run back that high.
Time will tell who is correct.
