I think this stock wil spike again because of the heavy accumulation that happend on high levels during the previous spike. People prepared to take a loss are long gone, so a lot of people that bought high are not selling untill shareprice hits their entry level or above, that's when the spread becomes bigger like on 9/9/09. A increase of vollume triggers a spike, and this increase of volume can only come from a little promotion for example like last time from PSC to increase willingnes to buy. But now there's another factor that comes into play and it is the fact that it already ran once to 0,21 this is a psycological factor that can multiply the others, in the case it has some increase in shareprice (it's like backwind). In this reasoning i've left out the possibility of news coming, since there hasn't been any since 7/1/09, and the possibility of it getting promoted again cause i have no knolledge about that. But in either case it will spike too (biigtime.
