Hey, I like your spirit, and yep, wars are usually bloody, so we'll need helmets, shields and chain mail, but I'll throw out my differing opinion of your projections:

1)10K will be out within a week

2)SPNG will trade as SPNGE Friday, but not for long

3)The R/S will not happen because there will be no need for it

4)PPS won't go below .10

5)Agreed

6)(you had no 6) We ARE in this for the fundamentals but there is definitely a walloping short position which is why we don't need 3).

We haven't sold a share and are prepared to run the gauntlet with you and a host of others.

1) The 10k will not be seen for at least a couple weeks, probably the beginning of October.

2) SPNG will begin to trade as SPNGE tomorrow.

4) PPS will drop another 20-40% from here, down to the .07.08 range (7-8 dollars post split).

5) Bashers will continue to bash, and they will get into your head if you let them.

I have no arguement with any of that.

What do you think will happen to the PPS, post split if all of that falls into place.
It would open at $7 to $8 if your .07 - .08 is accurate.

excellent post, and i think that's the most realistic outlook. I'm going to be on the bid during this whole fiasco (even though it's not really that big of a deal).

fear is my friend. I've never made more money than I have off fear.

Just watch, 7 months from now, when SPNG starts climbing again after the panic sell, greed will set in, and we will see another "June" month for SPNG.

It's just all too predictable, and no matter how much you tell people: fear is a powerful agent.

times like these, are when I make my money (well, when I start to, 7, 8 months from now... i'll be laughing- once again.

I had people laughing at me when I was buying SPNG at the sub-pennies. I had people laughing when I was selling in the 20's.

Now people are laughing when we are all buying shares because of the panic. They will laugh when we sell too, b/c SPNG will keep going up. But no stock will go up forever, it has to have the fundamentals to support it.

I don't mind though, I'd rather make money than be a hyena.
