Can you handle it???

A general comment to the board.

Here's what will happen IMO:

1) The 10k will not be seen for at least a couple weeks, probably the beginning of October.

2) SPNG will begin to trade as SPNGE tomorrow.

3) The R/S will happen.

4) PPS will drop another 20-40% from here, down to the .07.08 range (7-8 dollars post split).

5) Bashers will continue to bash, and they will get into your head if you let them.

Knowing all this, are you still OK with owning SPNG? For those who bought in recently, can you bear to see your portfolio bleeding so much red? If not, you should bail now. If, however, you see what the fundamental of SPNG are: sales, marketing, branding; and you can appreciate where this thing is head once we are on NASDAQ, and once the results of the huge sales growth this summer are published in the 10Q (yes, I said 10Q, not 10K), then you should be OK with the temporary set backs we will surely face, and you should be ok with things not happening as immediately as you would like. Patience will be rewarded here. Buying into the nonsense from some on this board will cost you money.
