If you "have a firm believing LOC's will immediately sieze bringing operations to a halt" then you have not been digesting the posts today outlining procedures in such cases. Furthermore, the actions are not immediately triggered by default alone, and must go through the court process. Furthermore IMO, the process is likely to be resolved before it ever gets to the point of "seizure."
