Hammer, I did a quick scan tonight and found a compressed version of the most recent events. Forgive me if this has already been posted... Again, I have a hard time believing this is a "head fake" More importantly, with all negative exposure I have a firm believing LOC's will immediately seize bringing operations to a halt. WUCC has been in default to the Lenders for over one year, therefore the Lenders filed the Notice of Default to foreclose on the collateral.
