I will make this prediction.The sale of the property will come and go. The only person who spent his time ,effort and personal funds (Gordon)will cash out and find another penny play,and tryoty,boxster.and their band of minnions will keep the board alive by putting sugar plums in the hearts and souls of the faithful. As you know, I have never claimed to be an expert on Texas law, and have repeatedly advised readers to consult with a Texas lawyer on any questions they may have. I have never attempted to "predict" but rather offered observations and my own opinions. As I am not a Texas attorney, I cannot and would not litigate in Texas. Your own particular brand of bile, typically targeted at your purported friend Mr. Stamper has been relentless and mean-spirited, and you have offered no insights or useful analyses of any kind.

Finally, I note that you have threatened/promised/offered to leave this board on numerous occasions, and yet remain. I wonder why that is?
