Do you think that an appeal to the Court of Appeal can be pursued by just pointing out the use of Raindl report by the defendants to justify the settlement? The Defendants have to defend the Raindl report and disprove the Stamper and Weigand filings before the Court of Appeal.

Do you think that the defendants really want to answer any question by the Court of Appeal regarding the Raindl report?

All in my humble opinion.
