its not scotttrade, it's TD that won't take the transfer of SPNG shares from any brokerage. so i don't think it's a scottrade issue

I think someone with scotttrade said they had the same problem a few hours ago. Either way, you have to wonder if they believe there is a NS position and don't want any part of it.

Legal, perhaps TD is aware of the Reg Sho list and all the FTD's and they don't want to be involved with what's coming down the tracks.
