its not scotttrade, it's TD that won't take the transfer of SPNG shares from any brokerage. so i don't think it's a scottrade issue

I think someone with scotttrade said they had the same problem a few hours ago. Either way, you have to wonder if they believe there is a NS position and don't want any part of it.
