Brinker again
What i was saying was I was heavily long in late aug. 2000 and did not get out. (fully) The quote i made was in reference to a caller who was very long and on margin and brinker said "you are running out of time." (to get out)
I think my comments on Brinker are very fair and I pointed out his good calls, etc. He has never stated IMHO in a humble way he was wrong or expressed any sincere "remorse for getting his (mostly naive) sheep in trouble. (at least i never heard it) His tactics on his own site were inexcusable.
I agree with you we should look at anyones calls in an unbiased way...and as i said, had Brinker been more adult about his call he may have even INCREEASED his following, not lost much of it. enuff brinker, ok
