OK... so everyone thinks that the RS will allow listing on the Nasdaq!! The easiest of the three to enter. However, share price is only ONE necessary element for listing.
How will they get by the 'cash flow' requirements?
How will they get by the Market Cap requirements?
How will they get by the revenue requirements?
How will they get by the earnings requirements?
Nope. In my opinion, the RS accompliishes one and only one thing. It gives management 15 times as much shares for distribution without further shareholder approval.
