"My feeling is that if the product works then the stock price will take care of itself". I agree here as well but would replace stock price by company value. Again, the important step is that Oxy. wants to go to a reputable stock exchange. USD 3$ is a minimum stock price to do so, better 5$. All of you guys believe in this company otherwise you would not have invested. These prizes would mean a capitalization of about 1.2bn to 2bn. Does anybody believe here that there is a second company with such a capitalization traded at OTCBB?? How do you want to do decent financing, who should be your professional broker, etc. There is a real practical need for such a promising company to uplist to a well regulated stock exchange. Question for you since I do not know: Would it not be much more difficult for Management to cheat shareholders at a well regulated stock exchange rather than at OTCBB?
