JCB5 FTCH Management is brilliant. They outshine most of the big boards hands down. They set up the company on a solid base so it is untipable. They are running at almost no debt. The officers of the company have been working without compensation for years to make this company bulletproof and insure that it's not leveraged out of profits. Hard sacrifice and focus on the company in the short term to set it up for the long term, that you will not find in a big board stock until you search for maybe a month, if then.
Almost every corporation are all interested in profits this quarter and have a hard time looking beyond that. You know why this is? Because almost every share holder is a chop down the apple tree to get to the apples faster type. The CEO is looking to make good and get out in 2 years and move on, the company goes down in flames after that? They just don't care. They burn it up, use it up, to push themselves up. That is the norm in management in large corporations ... it's also bad management for the health of the company.
Now look at FTCH, Frank owns most of the Authorized Shares. No crybaby "I want it all and I want it all now!" type share holders can push him around. He's set the company up so it won't be knocked over. He's set up the share structure to be extremely potent, these shares are golden.
You want to compare this company to the big board stocks? 99% of those suck green oozing pustules off a camels urea encrusted junk, compared to this company. Like I said, this is an adults company in a sea of 99% crap. In the long run this one is going to make it's share holders so much more than jumping around in those managed by short sighted value rapists.
Now you know I really respect you, and understand I was being brash and kind of having fun with this whole thing as I am apt to do ... but after all is said and done, I hope you get my point : ).
