Thanks for your position omega.....after many trades in the pinks and big boards, I would disagree regarding some of the fitch pr's. Stock is trading sideways on low volume for a reason and considering unproven shorting and mm games there is a reason why this pps is not moving. Some of the perception to investors always lies in the looking forward statements or counter productive pr's. The purpose of Investor relations is to provide an environment of growth and positive future revenue. Was the company doing better when pps was 18 cents? Well the perception was better to produce volume and momentum to push the pps upwards..... or was it just run up with momo traders? The result is the same.....the longs had more value and that is who has financed this company to a great extent.
