This kind of speculation when the pps is plummeting is really helpful man; either you have a death wish or you sold your shares and want a cheaper entry. Lol.
When I spoke with Evan months ago, he told me that new funding was available, old debt was re-negotiated, and that back taxes had been paid (Incan Update 1). It has taken the company over a year to return from hell, and they have done a great job.
The company has repeatively told several of us they are focused on growing the brand and not the share price, and that when the time is right "for them", they would turn there attention to us. We are just early to this party.
