These subpenny stocks usually run hard on news, then slowly slide back to where they started when the news doesn`t come true. Of course it`s nice to know the O/S, read all the filings, dig up the management`s history, etc. before you enter a trade. But 90% of the time the move is over before you even get started. The more you learn about these stocks the less likely you`ll find anything worth "investing" in. I`d rather spend the time watching for breaking news and volume/price spikes.
