It is a great technology, cant wait to see it in action the iPhone, G1, Blackberry... Will be a cool product.
G1 has a cool one as most people know where you just scan a barcode and it gives the same info as GUFU. But a picture is much better and has a lot more uses.
I wont debate that.
What I dont understand, at this point, is why Spongetech Delivery Systems is investing in it.
Is it because Mosko doesnt have enough cash in VAEV right now and is using SPNG for the funds? I think VAEV and GUFU are a decent matchup. Now I have always figure one day, for some reason, that SPNG and VAEV would combine forces. Again, doesnt really make much sense, two different types of companies.
My problem with the whole scenario is that SPNG is putting us into a R/S, but meanwhile have "extra money" to invest in ANOTHER company that at this point does not help us as a SPNG family.
Take that $4 million and buyback 20 million shares. Push the product harder and in more places, GET THEM ON THE SHELVES OF THE BIG BOX STORES!
$4 million can go a long way. And I think investing it into another company while we are getting screwed into a R/S is a spit in the face.
Could SPNG buy them out completely? SURE, I bet they could. But Im wondering two things on that. 1) Whos money are they REALLY using to do that. Chances are with the R/S coming, the buybacks didnt go all the way through, and if they did, Im guessing $4 million could of gone a long way buying back RME shares. and 2) What the hell does Mosko know about that field? He has done cleaning supplies, clothing lines... but to buyout a company like that to be a part of Spongetech, well, thats a TYPE of Delivery System I guess in a way....
Just so confusing. Nothing makes sense right now. Time for another drink.
