ABrowns: Good points. I can't answer your questions. I have to assume that SM made a legitimate business decision in investing in GuFu instead of using the $4m to buy 20m shares or whatever. GuFu is a startup with very promising technology that works, and spng is getting on its ground floor -- and it is helping spng with sales. Other than that I can't answer your Qs. I just have to trust SM's judgment at this point as mgmt, has done good things operationally thus far. Spino
