When I put my house key in my door lock that is key management too! Key management has a lot of meanings. Controlling the TPMs is not key management; it is TPM management.
If you want to control 50 or 1000 machines with separate encrypted keys, you can do it one at a time or you can manage them with ERAS. I've seen nothing so far that convinces me that anybody else has a tool that manages various manufacturer's TPMs as when they need to be centrally managed. Everybody's stuff manages the keys for the machine that they are on.
I'm sure Awk or SL or somebody will point out the errors and/or add to the distinction I'm trying to clarify. Key management and TPM management are not the same thing. Lastly, TPMs are designed to keep track of changes to more than just the harddrive. All of those other secure peripherals need to be managed too so having a company say it manages the key is quite different than saying it manages the keys. The trusted ecosystem gets more complex (good for Wave) all the time.
