Well, that's the thing. Imo, we have two upright individuals who entered a world of darkness and deceit when they decided to go public. The sec just doesn't do its job and I believe the fraud reaches the highest levels of our government even to the point as to who heads the sec etc.
It's clear that Dexter hasn't been 100% upfront, but I also believe his intentions have always been to have a viable company....one that benefits all, including the shareholders. Unfortunately, he has listened to bad advice and for some reason, has gotten mixed in with either inept or unsavory types.
The only question remains is whether or not he can pull out of this without destroying the shareholder. I understand your comment on the 504, but a stock at a penny, this late in stage, is not very comforting. He has debt to pay and he's strapped as far as raising more cash. I don't know or have a clue as to what he will or should do at this point as far as getting this thing together. Given a choice, he appears to have picked the wrong road every time. He had the cash at one time to get the right people...or at least begin to, but instead chose ONLY those that ended up hurting him. Headsups' comment about Cervelle contrasted with Babybulls is a prime example
I guess the only comforting thought is that it can't get much worse from here. I wouldn't be at all surprised though to see this one turn out like Ginder's
Finally, Earnest's comment, "Dexter Morris is a LIAR who can not be trusted" Has YET to be proven false. We will get absolutely NOWHERE until this perception changes....pumps and dumps excluded.
