I don't think that Ginder is a victim.

I believe he is the inside guy for Moseley. His lack of lawsuit against Moseley coupled with the lawsuit against Dexter tells the story. It seems that it is OK for Ginder to sell LBWR shares at 0.15 that he had for a penny, but rather the opposite is unacceptable.
