Alfie3155: Thank you very much. Nice to hear from you here. I am obviously long. The retention of D&T, for those of us who know the significance, is a major event toward NASDAQ listing and wallstreet respectibility, and institutional and mutual fund interest. What's not to like about this company! Spino

Alfie:

Do you know who AYME is buying for? If you do, would you care to comment? If you don't, do you have a best guess that you'd be willing to share?

Do you think any substantial part of recent buying is to cover short positions, or do you think it almost entirely represents "accumulation by serious buyers and holders"? Asked another way, do you think the NSS situation is gradually being covered, or do you think it continues to be added to?

If it's the latter, and given that these people are not stupid, what do you think their plan (or hope) might be? Could it be, for example, that their intention is to create a situation so egregious that a negotiated settlement will be required, one that will avoid a MOASS and mitigate their losses?

Alfie where you at??

what a joke. and to think i was feeling pretty good about this upcoming week after reading his post #186567 on Sunday. I love the fact that we havent heard from him on hear on on yahoo today. it really shows you his true colors in my opinion. ive been in since .02 and think its time to let this one go and move on to something else. or maybe somehow this board can convince me to stay. i'd like to hear from others like myself that held through black friday should not get out now. go back and watch the noble conference video, start it at 28 minutes into the video and tell me that they didnt mislead us longs. digusted, dissapointed, angry, hurt, and I feel that the 10-k is not going to save this sinking ship in the long run...im done venting now..got to clear my head

Possible R/S Motive?

I have a hard time believing that the motivation for the announced R/S is what appears on the surface.

First, Furth posts this peculiar message on this site less than 24 hours prior to a post dated R/S announcement - on a holiday weekend no less. Second, typically companies who R/S don't post financials or are in the process of failing, and this company does not fit the typical R/S bill. Third, someone (AYME) seems to be accumulating a disgusting number of shares. Is it possible that the most recent run sent prices too high, for say a possible buyout company, and needed cheaper shares to ensure buyout/possible R/M? Fourth (and no idea on this one) but do companies usually pre-announce a R/S prior to actually executing said split?

Lastly, and I believe most importantly, do companies with exponential sales and earnings growth typically do a R/S for any reason? Ones with zero debt and nearly pristine balance sheets? I have a feeling something is going on here, and I have no idea what, but I'm surely not selling my shares at .13 when I've already come this far. As a matter of fact, I'd honestly rather see them go to zero if this is indeed some elaborate scam.

Either way, this chapter of the SPNG novel makes things even more interesting than before. I'm going to hang on to see how this thing plays out. After all, if all does go through and I'm left with much fewer shares, I still own the same % of the company as before, only we'd be traded on the Nasdaq rather than BB, worth hanging on for at this point if you ask me. All IMO.

#241996 RE: Alfie3155 #186567

"The retention of Deloitte & Touche conforms this. They undertake substantial due diligence on any new client before accepting them. They have told all of us that the company is not fudging its numbers of scamming the public. "

Obviously, since then D&T have resigned and that also leaves the door wide open to the possbility that SPNG has fudged its #'s and scammed the public... Compound that with a SEC formal investigation and subsequent suspension of trading, and you have a lot of evidence to the contrary to many of your prior posts saying that SPNG is legit.

So going on your past postng credibility (or LACK thereof) I don't see any reason to give any confidence to what you are saying now or in the future... You are a large affiliate of SPNG who is obviously just doing your round of damage control.
