I don't think Furth has any SIGNIFICANT insider info, or he wouldn;t have been hanging around all day last Monday waiting for the 10K that never came...I also read between the lines of a few of his posts that day...He had NO IDEA that the 10k would NOT be released that day..( my opinion) based on his posts..

Why does everyone have to believe in some deep conspiracy theory...

The most obvious reason for the colossal reverse split is to force an accounting if shares....What's so hard to believe about that? It's obvious there's tons of NSS here...It was .20 cents and the company took in 70 million in one quarter. You have grandmothers and fry cooks holding tens of thousdands of shares....How could they even buy them if the price wasn;t suppressed?

In my opinion, the split is to make the pigs cover, they'd be covering now in earnest if the aforementioned grandmothers and fry cooks weren't selling.

Couldn't agree more. The motive is simple - to up list. There are lots of people who asking who is buying - it's simple, those that see value. Run the numbers.

200M in revenue this year, accounting to slower quarters and AR at 20% profit at worst case (or I hope) 722M OS = .055 per share x PE of 15 (industry standard and doesn't take into account growth rate) = .825. Without the RS that is where we would trade 1 year from now if projections are true. That's a 500% increase from .135.

I've seen all sorts of conspiracy theories on this board regarding the latest "major event" and I must say that I'm not a believer. The R/S announcement is what it is...so far an annoucement, however, it's a public declaration explaining an intent the company has and is expected to execute that intent on 9/22. I don't believe the company has something up their sleeve about the R/S because if they do something otherwise, that is a blantant act of misleading investors and the public. I think DF's note on Sunday was a pep talk to the longs to hang on through these "major events" and you'll be rewarded long term and I took every word to heart....because that's what it becomes, right?....an emotional investment....you believe in the company and what it says? Now the 10K will just verify some of those claims.
