not quite... O/S shares available to be traded to the public doesn't mean a shareholder owns them, they are available to be bought.

dilution = company releasing more shares. adding to the O/S (shares to get more money for the company)

Buys = shares bought at the ask / sometimes the bid

Sales = shares sold at the bid / sometimes the ask
