Why are everyone talking about a r/s?
I don't think a r/s will happen this early in the plan, this will not benefit the company first, neither will it benefit the shareholders at this point.
I see the company doing a buyback now that the shares are cheap which saves the company money now, verses later. Then the company will release news of the buyback and release the real o/s numbers. At this point the value of shares will increase along with some news of a big player (the gov) for an example along with some other revenue streams. Now at this point the share price will shoot up fast leaving many chasing the stock.
From the end of Sept. to the end of Nov. there will be much talk of construction, and reopenings of biofuel production plants. Then my many friends its up from their.
