Somebody is buying and accumulating recently (and nicely). By the looks of the chart we are a week away from a nice little Golden Cross Pattern..

I try not to set myself up for disappointment very often by talking to IR departments as we all know they are paid to paint the house a bright color and polish the picket fence...
