dndodd&nieves: I have always been very "pro" new business with IDCC. And simply put, that is where all of my frustration has been with IDCC.
As I stated yesterday, my concern for immediate shareprice is minimal. The new and upgraded licensees is where I find "extreme" value....not only because of the eventual shareprice ascension due to revenue and overall value of IDCC, but because the more prominent licensees that sign, the more difficult it is for NOK and SAM and all the other industry gluttons to avoid paying.
And getting paid for our IPR is our problem, and hopefully that will soon be remedied, except for a few scraps here and there.
