On a more serious what have you heard about the joint venture between Enron and the Japanese govt. to build a 1.8 billion dollar electric plant that is proposed to be completed in 04? This plant would supply Tokyo and surrounding area at a fraction of the current cost. The current Japanese banking crisis is a little unsettling but a perfect time for foreign investors to get a foothold in areas that will continue to be necessities. Everyone will turn on theier lights, heat, and flush thier toilets long after they can no longer afford toilet paper.
