Let us not forget that CA didn't sign any long-term contracts, but were buying on the spot market. So if there is a scam going on, they walked head-first, but eyes-down right into it.

Man, with all their screw-ups on every single front, CA is the poster child for Idiot State of the Union.

BTW, Indy, I've been eyeballing Enron as a possible long-term play for some time now. Aside from their energy issues they've become a big-time player in wholesale net trading, now including fiber optic bandwidth. Very interesting company.
