Fellow SPNGers, I am writing this and hope a few of you get the chance to read it.
Having traded several years, and watching as much the behaviors of traders, nervous longs, and of course bashers/short sellers, do not be surprised on Monday if we see a dip in SP. I am not saying it will happen, but be prepared.
Your choices are:
1) get out and take your profit.
2) try to flip for a profit...a word of caution here. DO NOT expect to catch the highs on your sell or the lows on your buys back in. There will be a lot of MMs and shorts ahead of you in line for the best prices, and you may be shut out, finding yourself chasing the price to get back in.
3) buy more on the dips.
The 10K will be absoultely incredible, but if it says Metter had a pimple on his ass, you can bet the bashers will say this is a sure sign that the company will soon implode.
Keep in mind, at all times, that most of us believe we will see a NASDAQ uplisting, change in CUSIP #, forcing an accounting of all shares forcing the squeeze, and ultimately PPS in the $$.
I say this not because I want the SP to drop, just as a forewarning to be careful in the choice you make, as it is awfully hard to get back in if you sell into an artificial selloff. The shares to be bought back in at the bottom are "reserved" for those ahead of us retailers in the food chain.
As stated, I hope the price goes up, trading on the merits of the 10K release only, but we have seen an ungodly amount of manipulation thus far and do not be surprised if we see more next week.
Be prepared to go thru a pack of Rolaids as you hold your valuable shares, and remember why you are in this stock to begin with...the incredible growth we have seen like possibly none other in my experience along with solid financial statement fundamentals and honest mgmt team.
