Excellent. I have low Vitamin D, and so, it seems, do a LOT of people. I need to overload on Vitamin D starting next week.

A friend of mine in Arizona had the flu for 3 days last week. He thinks it might be H1N1. Out there, they are cooped up because of the hot weather, so I guess it can spread quickly in crowded places like stores and movie theaters.

I am not looking foward to this fall and winter. In fact, I am dreading it.
