NO BS exactly. If just going to stay and OTCBB D & T and SPNG have no reason to work together. Now if you plan to move to Nasdaq where it's all about fundamentals and meeting earnings projections you want a big 4 name firm. One that Wallstreet would feel good about. They handle the big companies for a reason and called the big 4 for a reason. The 4 biggest accounting firms are the biggest with the biggest clients.

Says moving to Nasdaq is only reason to hire D & T. D & T knowing they are moving up is only reason to take SPNG on as a client.

getting d/t IS a good thing...adds credibility to the company...

but i just assumed that it was no big deal for d/t to agree..i would imagine that if the company has the ability to pay the money they ask, d/t would be more than willing to assign some low level or new accountant to do the work....its just that i doubt many otc companies can afford d/t...and even with that, spng isnt the first otc d/t has worked with...
