Hiring D&T is the biggest event we have had to date. I work with every one of the Big 4 on at least a weekly basis, and none of them would touch an OTCBB company unless they knew it was a viable business capable of being on one of the big boards in short order.

Ummm...just to confirm my suspicions, I asked a person from E&Y who works with me nearly daily, and he was shocked to learn that D&T has taken on SPNG.
