Actually, this is more common than not. Buy on rumor, sell on news is the norm for pennies. My average is about .042 and I have no doubt that we will see this over .10 in the next month. This stock is just starting to get public exposure and now that they have proven their validity, the ride should begin. Watch the great chart video Claytrader put together and it should help...GLTY

Today we saw traders pop in and out on news, we saw loose hands sell-out and some profit taking again, early this month we were .02-.022 Dont forget that.. But on the positive side of all this activity, the news was dynamite, the company is growing, the contracts are getting sweeter, and the boardmarks and following is jumping. We sent a flare up today to the rest of the investment world; " Hey Look at us !!!! " The sellers will be exhausted soon and we will see the very deserved rise in PPS. When a company is growing and revenue is flowing, the Stock price will take care of itself. Good things come to those who wait. You will be rewarded. No dilution, ungagged T.A., revenue, briliant management team, Its a recipe for success. Don't let the short sighted sellers get you down. Be grateful that you had the opportunity to get more...

The news doesn't directly talk about evermedia. We're still waiting on the acquisition news then all of the news that's been previously put out will add up and influence the pps drastically. It's the only logical explanation why news talking about STS doesn't have an effect on this stock. No one really wants to hear about what's going on with a different company even though this different company is partially Evermedia. I just want to see Evermedia have at least 51% of STS aquired. Then .20+ speculation will be spot on.
