I have nowhere near the size of holding as some here but I am a shareholder. With the advent of the share price dropping after such good news an additional issue of shares must be considered.
Question: 68M shares were used to purchase the initial 40% of STS so presumably they are issuing another 68m for the next 40%, I think I remember someone posting that eventually there will be over 700m shares outstanding? If so then the current pps will be immediately diluted, with accretion being realised in the mid-long term. I'd appreciate your thoughts as you are passionate about EVRM.
To keep it simple I believe EVRM can attain a minimum EPS of .01, after that add any defence multiple you want and we will still be golden but it may take a little longer than expected for the impatient here. GLTUA!
