But good luck on that short position, shorting a stock right before they lower the OS, and put out a detailed audited 10k, which will show how undervalued the stock currently is...

I'm curious as to where you're going to get 1.3 million shares to short? Would have to be done illegally. Sykes, are you going to be posting that on your site?

I don't know harvard. There are alot of stock promoters pumping this stock again, if your right about tomorrow, then the promoters will have no other choice but too dump there stock. There will be alot of volume tomorrow, probably 200 - 300 million if they do come out with there 10-q. If the stock does go down on alot of volume, the same people will claim nake short this and that. The list is a short list by buyins and not a naked short list. We will also see the O/S total as of May or April.

You can't just do a share reduction in a short period time, they will have to buy back shares and retire them or do a reverse split. Why would they do a reverse split though, it will also decrease the float and make the stock less liquid.

I'm thinking by doing a reverse split will also decrease the short share structure and will have generally no affect.

Harv: You are going to have to sign up for a 2 year community colllege with minimal unit fees. No way will you be able to short $1.3m shares tomorrow, and pps will be going up, up, up.Save you money. Get on the SPNG wagon with great fundamentals, growth, mgmt., what's not to like?

Shorting SPNG now is about as smart as burning your money and then shredding the ashes.

Could be. But this Harvard boy is shorting 1.3 million shares of Spongetech tomorrow and I guess we'll just have to kick back and see who's right.
