It's the 10k, not the 10Q; and the rest of your reply is bunk also, as there are no pumpers. When is it not ok for a company to promote it own tock as undervalued. Nasdaq is in SPNG's immediate future. PR announcing it. Cusip # change, Share cert. change, precitates massive buyin, covering by NSS, then ss, then MOASS; pps skyrockets past $10, then past 20, then 30, until you come to DF and he says he wants.....? it is inevitible. With NO WAY OUT. HA. Run.

You can't begin to cover now as there is too much buy side pressure. And no share to cover or more to short. No float. Neg. float. Currently tgrading air shares.
