Different time and a much different stock market. Pennies like that don't run anymore. Even in the old days USXP ran. Not in this market.

ask was .0001, no bid, and there were 9-12 billion shares, then it held in the 1's with 44 billion, then it finaly went back to .0001 after 350 billon was dumped and the run happen on spec, they had no contracts yet for there cannel
