Yeah. Surely you are right. You think the defendants are being sued as they are only because unit holders are subject to some bizarre form of mass hysteria ? The legal action has nothing to do with the obvious and flagrant misrepresentations we see them posing in court ? They'd posture those misrepresentations to the judge and rub her nose in it... but unit holders should trust they are not being cheated because of it ? LOL!

'I BELIEVE", when criticizing downsideup's last post. I reamed your a$$ out in my post #24208 about your "gut feelings" and what you could do with them. Here's a copy of a couple other reamings in my post:
