A pumper is the opposite of a basher.

A pumper, in my own words, never has anything bad to say about a particular stock. A pumper spreads false, inflated positive information for the purpose of driving the pps up, usually for the purpose of selling at a profit. A pumper never acknowledges any negative information and tries to make his or her position appear as if it is the only possibility. Sometimes a pumper will try to discredit those who they disagree with.

I don’t currently own any Quest stock and have no stake in the company. Therefore I have no reason to drive the pps up. If anything I should try to drive it down so I can get back in cheaply. I have stated before that I may consider buying back in at some point and I have mentioned the circumstances under which I might reconsider.

I don’t pump Quest. I have simply stated that I do not believe things are as bad with this company as it has been made out to be here. I presented an alternative theory to the scams that have been painted here and was immediately attacked for daring to contradict the scam conspiracy. I have often acknowledged the negative points of the company as I see it. I have often acknowledged that the odds are long against the company even if what I say is true. But I have never advised anyone on whether or when to buy, hold or sell. I don’t make a huge attempt to discredit the scam conspiracy here. Anyone who pleases is welcome to it. I simply presented an alternative theory that could be true if you don’t set out from the beginning with the objective of discrediting anything.

Though I don’t count myself as a basher or a pumper and I currently own no shares, I will be here to see how it turns out regardless of whether I am right or wrong and regardless of whether I decide to buy back in at some point or remain on the sidelines indefinitely. I simply find the story interesting and want to see how it turns out regardless of the outcome.
