I think that's an old website... their market cap isn't possible with their OS...

how would thestreet know the OS before the 10k was released? i think i remember seeing an incorrect OS on that site weeks ago

theres no way there is only 111,000,000 outstanding shares. Thestreet.com is wrong about the OS and wrong about their Sell recommendation. market cap would also be incorrect on the site if that OS is what they believe there is. OS is probably between 500 mil and 700 mill, depending how the buy back turned out or is turning out.

They have the O/S at 111 million

And the market cap at 95+ million... at 0.1666 cents

Drew, I am going to say thats old SPNG info. Take a look here at the FORM 10-QSB. It has the same number of outstanding as TheStreet.com

As of January 10, 2008, the Company had 111,842,406 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
