Drew, I am going to say thats old SPNG info. Take a look here at the FORM 10-QSB. It has the same number of outstanding as TheStreet.com

As of January 10, 2008, the Company had 111,842,406 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

Dang Cramer, still showing old info, plus a "SELL" rating. They need to get some major updates to that old site.
